The production process encompasses multiple links such as cleaning, sandblasting, gluing, hot pressing, milling the steel backing, stamping steel marks, chamfering screw holes, surface grinding, tapping, and palletizing. Each process follows strict execution standards. For example, the cleaning process uses an ultrasonic cleaning machine and operates according to specific procedures. The hot pressing process has precise requirements for parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time, and also stipulates degassing parameters and operation procedures to ensure product quality.

 Inspection items are set for each process, and both inspectors and operators are responsible. The inspection content includes various aspects such as product models, appearance, adhesive layer weight, thickness, flatness, and dimensions. Clear standards are formulated for different inspection items. For example, the appearance is not allowed to have defects such as blisters and cracks, strictly controlling product quality.

Products are marked by stamping steel marks with the content "H year month" for easy traceability of the production batch. The packaging uses pallet packaging. Products are placed in a specific way, wrapped with plastic paper and stretch film, and strapped with packing belts with proper protection to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation.
