Shandong Huaruifeng Machinery Factory Showcases At International Auto Parts Expo, Proprietary Formula Brake Pads Draw High Interest From European And American Buyers
July 25, 2026
At the recently concluded 2026 Shanghai International Auto Parts Exhibition, Shandong Huaruifeng Machinery Co., Ltd. showcased its lineup of over 20 proprietary formula brake pad products, drawing significant attention from buyers representing more than 30 countries, including Germany, the United States, and Japan, thanks to their stable friction performance and outstanding environmental compliance. This brake pad factory, located in the Naoshan Economic Development Zone of Qingzhou City, is demonstrating the quality upgrade of "Made in China" to the global market with its solid technological capabilities.
Shandong Huaruifeng Machinery Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, casting, machining, and surface treatment. The factory is located at Yueshan Village, Naoshan Economic Development Zone, Qingzhou City, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China, covering an area of over 30,000 square meters. It currently employs 216 staff members, including 30 technical personnel, with its core team possessing over 20 years of experience in the friction material industry. The factory has an annual production capacity of 8 million sets of brake pads and 500,000 units (sets) of chassis components, with products spanning three major categories: automotive, construction machinery, and industrial brake applications.

At the exhibition, Huaruifeng Machinery highlighted its independently developed NAO ceramic-formula brake pads and fiber-reinforced semi-metallic brake pads. The NAO ceramic-formula products, developed for new energy vehicles and urban commuting scenarios, feature significant advantages including low dust, low noise, and gentle treatment of brake discs, maintaining a stable friction coefficient of 0.35-0.40 even at high temperatures of up to 600°C. The semi-metallic series, designed for midsize to large vehicles and frequent braking conditions, has successfully entered the OEM supply chains of major domestic manufacturers such as Beiqi Foton, Sinotruk, and BYD, and is exported in bulk to European and American markets.
Notably, Huaruifeng Machinery has also taken a leading position in environmentally friendly manufacturing. The factory has obtained IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, and EU ECE-R90 product safety certification. It holds over 20 national patent grants and has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Shandong Provincial Specialized and Refined SME, and a Weifang Hidden Champion Enterprise. In 2025, the factory was also selected into the Shandong Provincial Cultivation Pool of Leading New Materials Enterprises, establishing itself as a technical benchmark in the regional friction material industry.
Industry observers point out that the current global brake pad market exceeds $15 billion annually. As the world's largest automotive parts production base, China is transitioning from "low-end OEM" to "technology export." In this process, brake pad factories like Shandong Huaruifeng Machinery Co., Ltd.-equipped with independent formulation R&D capabilities, international certifications, and smart manufacturing capabilities-are becoming trusted partners in the eyes of international buyers. From Qingzhou to the world, this factory is writing a new chapter for China's friction material industry.
